Begin The Buying Process Today!

Buying is a Simple Process

Step 1: Consultation

Book an appointment with Erick to being the process. Erick can meet with you at his office or over zoom. During this meeting, you will be pre-approved for a mortgage loan, talk about your search criteria, schedule to see properties, and ask any questions you may have. Below is a list of documents you need to bring to this appointment for each buyer being added to the purchase.

  • Last 2 years of tax returns (with W-2’s/1099’s)
  • Last 3 months of pay stubs/income verification
  • Last 3 months of bank statements/proof of down payment

Step 2: “The House Hunt” & Submitting Offers

Once you have been pre-approved for your mortgage, you are ready to begin shopping for homes! You will provide Erick with your availability to see homes so he can coordinate appointments for you, Erick will accommodate your availability. When you find a property that you can call home, it’s time to submit an offer. Erick will communicate with the listing agent in order to make an offer that will be favorable to you and the seller. You will do this until you get an offer accepted.

Step 2: “The House Hunt” & Submitting Offers

Once you have been pre-approved for your mortgage, you are ready to begin shopping for homes! You will provide Erick with your availability to see homes so he can coordinate appointments for you, Erick will accommodate your availability. When you find a property that you can call home, it’s time to submit an offer. Erick will communicate with the listing agent in order to make an offer that will be favorable to you and the seller. You will do this until you get an offer accepted.

Step 3: Inspections, Disclosures, & Negotiations

Now that you have an accepted offer, it’s time to open escrow. The first thing you do is make your “good faith deposit” this is the refundable deposit you make to the escrow company to show you are serious about the purchase. Next, you perform all the inspections you need in order to discover the true condition of the property, good and bad. The seller will provide you with disclosures on the property as well. Then, Erick will negotiate any repairs or credits with the seller if necessary.

Step 4: Complete Your Loan & Close Escrow

We have reached the final steps! At this point, you have removed most of your contingencies and you are adding the final touches to complete your loan. This includes an appraisal, providing more documents to the lender, signing loan documents, and more. Once this is all completed, you will send the rest of your money to escrow and close. Congratulations, you are now the owner of the property!

Step 4: Complete Your Loan & Close Escrow
